Refund Policy

AARI Work Designs sells digital access and downloadable resources. This policy explains when a refund may be available.

Digital downloads

Digital products are delivered instantly or made available after successful payment. Because access begins immediately, completed digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the download or access has been used.

Eligible requests

  • Duplicate charges or duplicate purchases for the same item may be reviewed for a refund.
  • A verified technical failure that prevents access may qualify after we have had a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
  • Failed, reversed, or pending payments are not treated as completed purchases; contact support if money was debited and the order is not confirmed.

How to request help

Email vjshrinath2@outlook.com with your order ID, payment email, date, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card or UPI credentials. We review requests individually and respond within two business days.
