Digital products and licence

Our products and resources are digital. Unless a product states otherwise, your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own creative work. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or uploading files to competing libraries is not permitted.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep account credentials confidential and provide accurate information.
• Do not abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Intellectual property and copyright

AARI Work Designs and its licensors retain intellectual property rights in the website, branding, tools, and original resources. Respect third-party copyright and use designs only within the licence supplied with them.

Payments and pricing

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) where applicable. Cashfree may process payments and taxes or charges may be shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before accepting an order.

Liability and disputes

The service is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by law, AARI Work Designs is not liable for indirect loss, misuse of files, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India.
